       我公司铸造（zào）与机械加工（gōng）为一体，始建于1985年，现已建立了从模具制造、毛坯铸造、加（jiā）工的（de）完整生产流程，拥有（yǒu）较强的（de）技术力量，丰富的制造经验。公司现有职工50余人，工程技术人员5人，占（zhàn）地面积30余亩（mǔ），建（jiàn）筑面8000平方米（mǐ）。我司不断引进新的生产技术、铸造设备、加（jiā）工设（shè）备及检测设备（bèi），提（tí）高了（le）产（chǎn）品质量的稳定性和交期的准确性。生产设备有树脂砂回收（shōu）线、树脂砂造型（xíng）线、中频熔（róng）炼电炉，还有其他辅助生产（chǎn）设备若干。加工设备有数控机床（chuáng）和普通机床若干台。并配有（yǒu）一套完善（shàn）的化验检（jiǎn）测设（shè）备，拥有德国光谱仪、拉（lā）伸实验机、冲击试（shì）验机、金相（xiàng）显（xiǎn）微（wēi）镜、硬度（dù）机（jī）等检（jiǎn）测设备（bèi）。

       我司可生产球墨铸件（jiàn）、灰铁铸件、耐热铸铁、高（gāo）硅铸铁（tiě）等各种材（cái）质铸件。主要（yào）产品有：机床铸件、消失（shī）模铸件、球墨铸件、灰铁铸件、矿山机械铸件、消防栓铸件、泵体阀门铸件、铸造模具（jù）等。全部依据标准生产（chǎn），其中非标产品依照用户（hù）图纸生产。经省，市计量（liàng）技术监督局连续不定的抽样检验，各（gè）项技术指标均达到（dào）或超过鉴定规程要求。被省市两级有关部门授予“重合同，守信誉”单位，产品销往31个（gè）省市、自（zì）治区，部分产品远销：美国，德国，日本，韩国等（děng），产品深受客户的好（hǎo）评。

Our company integrates casting and machining. Founded in 1985, we have established a complete production process from mold manufacturing, blank casting and processing.
