HAD係列熱風幹燥機是高溫熱風處理各類塑膠原料有效且快速的機器，它可以幹（gàn）燥因包裝、運送或回收而潮濕的原料。其結構形式特別適合直接安裝在塑（sù）膠成型機械（xiè）上進行幹燥，即快速又省空間。所有機型可選配預製開關機24小時（shí）日本鬆下定時器。
HAD series of hot-air dryers is the effective and efficient machine to dry various types of raw plastic materials using hot air at high temperatures. It can dry raw materials which get moist or wet during packaging, transportation or recycling. Fast and space-saving, the design of the machine has made itself easy to be installed on the plastic molding machinery to function immediately. All the models in this series can work with a 24-hour Panasonic timer with pre-configured switch.
機器特點：
PID溫度控製，控溫準確可靠。
熱風（fēng）管彎形設計，避免因粉屑堆積熱風管底而（ér）引起燃燒。
采（cǎi）用熱風（fēng）氣擴散裝置（zhì），均勻分散熱風，保持塑膠幹燥溫度均勻，提高幹燥（zào）效（xiào）率。
料桶與料鬥分離，清料易，換料（liào）快捷。
料桶（tǒng）於料鬥上後翻設計，換料迅速，維護方便（biàn）。
熱風過熱（rè）溫度保（bǎo）護裝置，過熱跳脫。
桶體、底座均有視料窗，可直接觀（guān）察內部原料情況（kuàng）。
可選配預製開關機24小時日本鬆（sōng）下定時器（qì）。
所有機型可選配雙層保（bǎo）溫料桶。

Curved design of hot air tube to avoid burning caused by the accumulation of scraps at the bottom of the tube.
Thermal diffusion device used to evenly disperse hot air, keeping the drying temperature of the plastic even, improving drying efficiency.
Barrel and hopper are separate for easy material cleaning and fast material change.
Barrel can be turned over on the hopper for fast material change and easy maintenance.
Over temperature protection device installed. It will shut down once there is over heat.
Windows on the body and base of the barrel for observation of the material inside
Work with 24-hour Panasonic timer with pre-configured switch.
Double insulation barrel is optional for all machine types.
