HAD系列热风（fēng）干（gàn）燥机是高温热风处理各（gè）类塑胶原料有（yǒu）效且快速的机器，它可以干燥因包装、运送或回收而潮湿的原料。其结构（gòu）形式（shì）特别适（shì）合直接安装在塑胶成型机械上进行（háng）干燥，即快速（sù）又省空间。所有机型可选配（pèi）预制开关机24小时日本松下（xià）定时器。
HAD series of hot-air dryers is the effective and efficient machine to dry various types of raw plastic materials using hot air at high temperatures. It can dry raw materials which get moist or wet during packaging, transportation or recycling. Fast and space-saving, the design of the machine has made itself easy to be installed on the plastic molding machinery to function immediately. All the models in this series can work with a 24-hour Panasonic timer with pre-configured switch.
机器特点：
PID温度控制，控温准确可靠。
热风管弯形设计，避免因粉屑堆（duī）积热（rè）风管底而引（yǐn）起燃烧。
采用热风气扩散（sàn）装置，均匀（yún）分散热风，保持塑胶干（gàn）燥温度均匀，提高干燥效率。
料桶与料斗分离（lí），清料（liào）易，换料（liào）快捷。
料桶于料斗上后翻设（shè）计，换料迅速，维护方便。
热风过热温度保（bǎo）护装置，过热跳脱（tuō）。
桶（tǒng）体、底座均有视（shì）料窗，可直接观察（chá）内部原料情况。
可选配预制开关机24小时日本（běn）松下定时器。
所有机型可选配双（shuāng）层保温料桶。
Features:
PID temperature control, accurate and reliable temperature control.
Curved design of hot air tube to avoid burning caused by the accumulation of scraps at the bottom of the tube.
Thermal diffusion device used to evenly disperse hot air, keeping the drying temperature of the plastic even, improving drying efficiency.
Barrel and hopper are separate for easy material cleaning and fast material change.
Barrel can be turned over on the hopper for fast material change and easy maintenance.
Over temperature protection device installed. It will shut down once there is over heat.
Windows on the body and base of the barrel for observation of the material inside
Work with 24-hour Panasonic timer with pre-configured switch.
Double insulation barrel is optional for all machine types.
